Videos: NDLEA Seizes Cocaine Hidden Inside Suitcase Walls
Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully intercepted a significant cocaine shipment concealed within the walls of several suitcases.
The operation involved painstaking efforts by the smugglers, who had factory-fitted the drugs with surgical precision into the luggage.
Femi Babafemi, the Director of Media and Advocacy for the NDLEA, shared videos of the dramatic seizure on X.com on Sunday, providing a glimpse into the meticulous process of uncovering the hidden drugs.
In the videos, NDLEA officers can be seen carefully slicing through the linings of the suitcases to reveal the concealed cocaine.
The statement read, “Narco-trend update: Strewing the walls of suitcases, in factory fitting precision, with cocaine, must have taken lot of efforts and resources but at the end #ndlea_nigeria officers still uncovered all as revealed in these videos that captured the latest seizure by #ndlea.”
This latest interception underscores the ongoing commitment of the NDLEA to combating drug trafficking in Nigeria.
