Bilateral Relations: Sanwo Olu receives GITEX team after exhibition trip to Morrocco

Governor Babajide Sanwo Olu has received the management team of the Golf Information Technology Team (GITEX) at the Government House in Marina.

Mr Sanwo Olu disclosed this in a statement on Thursday, July 20, 2023.

He mentioned that the foreigners visit to the state is the fruit of his recent trip to showcase Lagos state and market its investment readiness to potential investors in GITEX, Morrocco.

He added that strengthening bilateral relations across different economic sectors, particularly technology, with other countries is paramount to his administration.

“Building bridges and forging strong global partnerships is key to Lagos’ future success. The DWTC team’s visit holds immense significance as we explore areas of mutual collaboration in technology and other development sectors,’ he said.

While at the meeting led by Ms. Trixtee Loh Yi Shan, the governor focused his deliberations on economic growth through digital transformation and technology.
