Maiduguri: Minister of Power issues 50MW generating licence to NNPC Limited
The Minister of Power, Engr. Abubakar D. Aliyu, has presented 50MW generating licence to NNPC Limited.
According to the minister, the license will enable the Maiduguri Emergency Power Project (MEPP) to generate electricity for the Borno State capital and its environs.
The certificate was received by the Group Managing Director NNPC, Limited, Malam Mele Kyari, at the minister’s conference hall, Power House, Maitama, Abuja, on Friday November 25, 2022.
