Endrick Approves January Loan Move to Lyon as Real Madrid Negotiations Progress
Real Madrid’s young Brazilian sensation, Endrick Felipe, has reportedly given the green light for a six-month loan move to Olympique Lyon in the January transfer window.
The 19-year-old forward, who has yet to feature for Real Madrid in the 2025/26 season, is seeking consistent playing time to continue his development. According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, talks between the two clubs are advancing positively, with Lyon emerging as Endrick’s preferred destination due to the promise of regular minutes under coach Paulo Fonseca.
Real Madrid is expected to subsidize part of Endrick’s €6 million annual salary during the temporary move.
The loan deal is designed to provide the talented youngster with valuable first-team experience ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, despite rival interest from Sevilla and Bayer Leverkusen.
