Elon Musk adopts new name on X
Elon Musk, the tech billionaire and owner of X, has changed his name to “Kekius Maximus” on the platform, making the change on Tuesday without providing an explanation for the sudden shift.
This move adds to Musk’s ongoing presence in the spotlight, which has only intensified following his public support for former President Donald Trump.
Before and after Trump’s electoral victory in November, Musk’s influence became a target for Democratic critics, especially after his endorsement of Trump following a shooting incident at a rally in Pennsylvania.
Musk also contributed approximately $200 million to a Political Action Committee (PAC) that supported Trump’s campaign.
Despite Musk’s involvement in the political scene, Trump recently addressed the growing rumors of a possible partnership between himself and Musk in a speech in Arizona.
Trump firmly denied the speculation, stating, “And no, he’s not taking the presidency. He’s not going to be president, that I can tell you. You know why he can’t be? He wasn’t born in this country.” The former president dismissed the idea as a “hoax,” emphasizing that Musk’s ambitions for the presidency would never come to fruition.
With his name change and ongoing political involvement, Musk’s future actions and statements will undoubtedly continue to fuel public interest and media attention.
