Mallam Abdulrahman Lekki, a respected Muslim renowned for his knowledge, devotion, and adherence to Islamic teachings, has passed away.

The Executive Secretary of the Lagos State Scholarship Board, passed away in the early hours of Thursday, October 30, 2024, after a brief illness.

Mallam Lekki was celebrated not only for his deep knowledge but also for his unwavering faith and compassion.

His life’s work centered on serving his community, as he dedicated himself tirelessly to educating and guiding others in their spiritual journeys.

Through his lectures and writings, he inspired individuals from all walks of life, promoting unity, understanding, and a profound connection to faith.

His passing represents a significant loss not only for his family but also for the many who looked to him for counsel, guidance, and spiritual support.

The janazah (prayer session) will be held at Alausa Central Mosque at 1 PM, followed by his burial at Mainland Cemetery, Ofada.
