The Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Taoreed Lagbaja, has offered a reassuring message to Nigerians, stating that the military is making strides towards resolving the prevailing security challenges.

“I assure Nigerians of the Nigerian Army’s resolve to continue to collaborate with its sister services and other security agencies to ensure the security of lives and properties across the country. I encourage the law-abiding Nigerians to continue to support the government and the security forces in the efforts to make our country safe and prosperous.”

He commended the participants for their deliberate commitment during the event adding that, ” I believe that the Secretariat has adequately captured the decisions arrived at during our deliberation and will decimate them in good time after my approval.”
