Niger state govt endorses roads construction projects in 25 LGAs

The Niger State Government has approved the construction of a 556-kilometer-long road project in all the twenty-five local government areas of the state.

Governor Umaru Bago signed the contract agreement with a private consultancy firm, Benij Nigeria Limited, at the Niger government house in Abuja today.

Speaking on the project, the governor mentioned that the approval is just the first phase (beginning), stressing that more of its kind is still coming in the near future.

The construction firm promised quality delivery of the project as expected, stating that implementation plans would be presented in a short period of time.

Hassan Etsu signed the contract agreement on behalf of the state government, while Olatunji Ajayi, signed for the firm.
