Arsenal FC completes signing of Riccardo Calafiori from Bologna
According to renowned transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Arsenal has finalized the signing of Italian defender Riccardo Calafiori from Bologna in a deal worth up to €50 million, including add-ons and a sell-on clause.
Calafiori, who agreed to a five-year contract without an option last June, is set to sign the deal with Arsenal this week. The two clubs have begun exchanging documents after the agreement was announced on Saturday.
As part of the transfer, Calafiori will travel to the United States to join Arsenal’s pre-season tour, where he will undergo a medical examination.
