Manchester United progressed into the FA Cup Final on Sunday after overcoming fierce Coventry City on penalties in the semi-final.

The Red Devils secured three  goals from Scott McTominay, Harry Maguire and Bruno Fernandes.

The goals were not enough to bury the match for the former champions as the Championship side fought back to level the game at 3-3.

The match was later decided via penalties with United winning 4-2.

Erik Ten Hag’s men will lock horns with rivals Manchester City in the final.

Coventry switch their attention back to securing a play-off place in the Sky Bet Championship when hosting Hull City on Wednesday 24 April.

Manchester United host Sheffield United in the Premier League on Wednesday 27 April.
