Netizens drag Katherine Obiang after declaring she felt her father’s erection while hugging him
Broadcaster and actress Katherine Obiang has come under heavy hammers from netizens on X after following her shocking revelation about her relationship with her father.
She made headlines after she confessed that she once felt an erection when she hugged her father one fateful morning.
She disclosed that after the incident, she stopped giving her father the hugs she used to give him and recognized that she needed to adjust the way they both interacted.
Obiang made the revelation on the Jasiri show while airing her opinion on the controversial video of film director Kunle Afolayan, who was dancing with his daughter, Eyiyemi.
Addressing the issue, she said, “Suppose as he was dancing with his daughter like that and had an erection what would happen? Because it’s normal na, he is a man.
“When we were younger, we used to go to my dad’s room to play but in the morning when you want to hug your dad because you love how he smells, I felt an erection and I arranged myself and that was the last time because I realized at that point that playtime is over. I didn’t need to be schooled about that.”
Her comment has drawn criticism on social media with many netizens unnecessary, embarrassing and uncalled for.

On his part, Daniel Regha stressed that some past events are meant to be concealed if it brings disrespect to the family.
