Police officers donate food items to community
Deputy Superintendent of Police, Momodou Faye of the Gambia Police Force (GPF), and Police Officer Marc Piazza from Holland have donated bags of rice, and other food items to the community of Ebo Town.
This was disclosed in a statement by the Gambia Police Force on Tuesday January 24, 2023.
According to the statement, the items were donated on Wednesday January 11, 2023.
The presentation ceremony was witnessed by officers from the Kanifing PIU and Ebo-Town station, as well as members of the Village Development Committee, Imam, and beneficiaries, who all expressed appreciation for the charitable gesture.
“In its efforts to ensure that community policing is always strengthened, the GPF will continue its positive engagements to protect and support all and sundry in times of need,” GPF said in the statement.
