GYSF, Lightshade Hospitals Provide Free Medical Outreach in Ayobo
In a bid to improve the health status of residents in Ayobo, Lagos State, the Global Youths Sustainability Foundation (GYSF), in partnership with Lightshade Hospitals, recently organized a free medical outreach for the community.
The initiative catered to over 100 adults and children, offering a range of services including free blood pressure checks, malaria tests, malaria drugs, BP suppression drugs, pain relief medications, mosquito nets, and medical consultations.
Speaking during the outreach, the founder of GYSF, Ikimat Salawu Yusuff, expressed delight over the large turnout, noting that the entire process was seamless. She emphasized the importance of regular health checks, stressing that “knowing our health status is key to living a good life.”
Yusuff further appreciated Lightshade Hospitals, volunteers, and well-wishers for their support, which she described as instrumental in making the outreach a success.
