Osun lawmaker, Asoju Rere, visits Oloyan, inspects ongoing constituency project
The lawmaker, representing Ifelodun/ Boripe/ Odo-Otin Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, Hon. Rasheed Afolabi Olalekan, (FCA) has visited the Oloyan of Oyanland, His Royal Majesty, Oba Kelani Adekeye Oyedare.
The visit on Sunday November 27, 2022, was aimed at celebrating the royal father on occasion of his birthday.
As part of his constituency outreach and engagement, Hon Olalekan paid a surprise birthday visit to the palace in Oyan, Odo-Otin Local Government area of Osun State.
The lawmaker stated, “Baba Oloyan is a beloved and respected father, considering his constant advice, prayers and support since I have been representing the federal constituency for more than 3 years.”
He prayed for long life, sound health and increased fulfilment for the celebrant on the throne of his forefathers.
While still in Oyan, Asoju Rere leveraged the opportunity to inspect his ongoing constituency project at Jehovah’s Witness Primary School, Oyan where he facilitated the construction of a block of classrooms at the ancient school.
Hon. Afolabi was satisfied with the quality of the job done so far and assured Baba Oloyan that the building will be completed and delivered for use before the end of this year.
Baba Kabiesi thanked Asoju Rere on behalf of the Oyan community for promising the building to the school and fulfilling the same to the town without looking back.
He prayed for Asoju Rere and wished him all the best in all his endeavours.
