The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced that February 14, 2025, will be the final date for global Hajj affairs offices to complete their service contracts for the 1446 AH Hajj season.

The contracts must be finalized exclusively via the Nusuk Masar platform, designed for managing international pilgrim services.

The contracting process, which began on October 23, 2024, is part of an eight-phase timeline established to ensure smooth preparations and enhance the quality of services provided to pilgrims.

Officials have emphasized strict adherence to Saudi regulations concerning air and ground transportation, as well as compliance with health, security, and procedural requirements outlined in agreements between the ministry and Hajj offices.

Failure to meet the February 14 deadline will result in no further contracts being accepted.

Following the deadline, the Ministry will finalize pilgrim quotas for each country, after which the visa issuance process will commence.

The Ministry also highlighted the need for Hajj offices to educate pilgrims on compliance with official guidelines, emphasizing the importance of obtaining visas and permits through authorized channels.

Pilgrims are advised to carry identification documents, including the Nusuk Card, upon arrival in Saudi Arabia, to ensure smooth travel and adherence to local regulations.
